PORSCHE 911 TARGA de 1970

Cette Porsche (ici à Portsall) ,est l’ une des premières « 911 », conforme au design original de 1964 (très pur et très moderne pour l’époque).
Le modèle « Targa » est décapotable (le toit souple se démonte pour être rangé dans le coffre avant); Son moteur , placé à l’arrière, est un 6 cylindres à plat (de 2200 cm3 pour celle ci), refroidi par air !
La 911 remplace la Porsche 356, elle même héritière de la Coccinelle Volskwagen : ces deux voitures ont été conçues par Ferdinand Porsche : la 356 était basée sur le châssis et la mécanique ( moteur arrière refroidi par air) de la Coccinelle…
Les amateurs de BD retrouveront cette 911 TARGA dans les aventures de RIC HOCHET, (dont c’est la voiture dans: » Le monstre de Noireville » , 1971)

The show is organized by KK Productions together with Finnish fair at Helsinki Fair Center on 10.-12.9.2010 ( and 23.-25.9.2011 ). In the show there are 20 themas and classes and a various program on the fairs showscene ( different programs, every hour ). This years main thema is carbuilding and styling that is happening live at the show. Bernie and Leepu from TV series Chop Shop London Garage will be part of this years programme.

BMW R1200GS – Rear View

The BMW R1200GS inherits more than 25 years of development (the first one of this series was the 1980 R80 G/S), road testing (no need to expand on BMW motorcycles well known performance on the road) and off road abuse (the famous Paris-Dakar rally was won four times by riders mounted on BMW GS motorcycles) .
This high end bike rides well on and off road. A dream come true for many riders!
